Just wanted to add another comment. I had missed the LED on the board. That's a great idea to let a person know if the polarity is correct or reversed. Green correct polarity red reversed polarity. Nice.

Looks like a good transformer for my purposes.

This is old, new stock. That is it appears to be old but never used. That's fine transformers don't generally go bad just sitting around. I'm intending to use this as a buck transformer because my electric utility is supplying too high a voltage for my heat pump. I'm seeing up to in excess of 256 VAC. Any time my voltage is above 248VAC my condenser fan does not run and the compressor overloads on high pressure. Have to get that voltage down. This was a good value because a new version of this transformer is made in China and costs about 3 to 4 times as much.

Modems for Netword Caller ID (NCID) System

Just what the doctor ordered. I bought tow to have a spare or to set up a second system for another line. I received the modems in near excellent condition. I got my Raspberry Pi caller ID system up and running with the USR 5637 modem to block bogus callers. Works in my testing over this past weekend. We'll see how it does this week. I typically get anywhere from 4-5 to 10-12 spam and junk calls every day. Hopefully this will greatly reduce this. Very satisfied.
