Great couverture chocolate
I have been using Belcolade chocolate for years as it provides consistently good quality and has the added bonus of being promised to be gluten free in terms of not just its ingredients but also production line. I use it both personally and professionally and am always happy with the results. Good value,too.

Great special effect spray
I have used this product many times before in a variety of colours and find it gives a lovely sheen to sugar paste,flower paste and icing alike.

Great piece of equipment!
This has been a great addition to my cake decorating equipment. It's great for flowers on stems to keep them upright and the indentations also work great for holding flower without stems. Good value for money,too.
