Longer is better… well nest falls short
Well the nest wifi point is nice when it works, however you would expect it has a much longer distance. We have a 6 bed Victoria with the access point on the ground floor, it seems the individual points can’t do much further in one room in any direction, on the ground floor I required three, and to bridge the space between ground and second I’ve had to put two points in one room one. one the ground, the other on top of a wardrobe. Having done that the system rooms smooth, manages prob +100 connections including the lights, cameras, gadgets over three stories. So if you have a solid distribution it’s good, if you don’t it’s really disappointing.
