not one for fans of the old stuff
I should by now realise Dexy's will not be the band they were in the early 80's.
Too-rye-ay moved on from the first and best Searching for ... album with each release moving yet further away so the latest release is part of a trend and I suspect a lot like me are completists in buying this latest but ''it's just not my bag man'' as someone once said
Great musicianship and vocals delivered in a way only Kevin Rowland does and it should really be appraised by a neutral not a fan of staying in the past like I am.

a fraction too small
with a bog-standard white sliced you don't quite seem to get the full slice in the toaster and it needs a good shove to click in place
this is our second one of these, the first broke at the bottom of the mechanism but I put that down to my heavy handedness
the wife swears by it but when a cheapo toaster and a saucepan would do as well I can't see the point of this but don't take my word, take hers
