  A beautiful compact, quickly despatched and, thankfully, arrived in one piece despite the less than ideal packaging. I would suggest using a little more padding, all around the item, next time and sending as a small parcel rather than a large letter. I would have been happy to pay more for the postage - perhaps you could offer your buyers different postage options on future sales. Overall though I am a happy customer and happy to recommend this seller.
