May work as long as you have no side effects

i took it for 2 wks and lost 10 lbs while on a diet also. i was complaining often of stomach ache, bloating and gas every day. i was eating healthy and consuming high fiber and stomach was still hard and not going to bathroom reguarly. the more i researched it, i found out these are common side effects of taking this medicine. i suggest to go with something else more natural as i am switching to advocare. like anything else, side effects are a part of taking supplements so take with caution and find what works best for your body.
