  Underpaid postage by seller, I had to pay additional postage to receive the item, seller blames PO & won’t take any responsibility for this or refund the extra I paid. I would have happily refunded if I was the seller.

  Postage paid according to the post office's instructions, accepted without any doubts. I offered the buyer to return the item, but he preferred to keep it, probably because he bought it for a very low price, which I lowered further. I would be happy to return the item and get a full refund.
