Good value for the money...works great
I purchased this Zune 16GB player to replace a 8GB one that I lost on an airplane. I left it behind and was unable to locate it, so I was familiar with the features of it. Its an easy player to sync up but you have to have Zune's software and thats the only software you can use with this player. This is a larger player than the one I had and fits more music on it. I am very happy with it and the person that sold it to me keept in it good shape. Was definitely a good value and happy to find it.

Disappointed
To be honest I was disappointed in it. It looks and feels very cheap.
