    Seller sent the paperback, not the hardback - which was what the photos clearly showed. The item details did admittedly indicate paperback. I’d suggest double checking though, rather than just going by the photos, else you could be disappointed by this seller like I was, who when I queried this just quoted me the book number and gave no hint of an apology.

    The listing did clearly say it was the paperback, with related ISBN numbers etc. I replied to the query immediately. The buyer did not respond, and did not request a return or refund. Sorry you are not happy, but hope you enjoyed the book anyway, but I do thank you for a positive feedback nontheless.

    Es war eine schnelle Abwicklung und der Artikel entsprach dem Bild, aber so sauber wie Glasperl gestrahlt, war er nicht. Ich würde aber trotzdem wieder bei diesem Verkäufer kaufen. The transaction was quick, and the item matched the picture, but it wasn't as clean as glass bead blasted. I would still buy from this seller again, though.

    Thank you. I do not Glass bead them, but simple clean them leaving an original patina, as many people want a unit that will match an existing installation rather than having a very new looking part that stands out inappropriately
