  The buyer was not familiar with eBay’s payment process and did not know how to refund me until I promoted eBay to step in and request that they refund me. Did not seem like bad intention, but just wouldn’t buy from this person again and would stick to someone who is more familiar with how to sell and handle issues on eBay in the future and is committed to helping solve your issue. I had to do a lot of the work to get my purchase refunded.
