It doesn't do what it says on the can, it partially achieves it.
Very quickly the stones became mixed inside the shower head due to the plastic separator becoming detached inside the body. It can be fixed by removing the stones and re-assembling. That said it is reasonably effective but I would dispute the 300% increase in pressure.

It's done the job!
It's a sump Gasket it's fitted and working with no problems at the moment.

Well made side flush cistern lever.
The lever is a good product and well made I had to make slight adjustments to get a reasonable fit on the cistern. that said it's doing the job.
