It doesn't do what it says on the can, it partially achieves it.
Very quickly the stones became mixed inside the shower head due to the plastic separator becoming detached inside the body. It can be fixed by removing the stones and re-assembling. That said it is reasonably effective but I would dispute the 300% increase in pressure.

It's done the job!
It's a sump Gasket it's fitted and working with no problems at the moment.

I haven t yet fitted the panel but it looks robust and capable of doing the job it was designed to do. If I have one observation, the size of box it was put into was quite large allowing it to move quite freely within. That said I unpacked the panel while the carrier was here. The panel did arrive undamaged but could ve be better secured inside the box it arrived in, or used a smaller box.
