  This Farberware pot arrived on time & in fair condition. Shipping time was good. The USPS punched a hole in the box & unfortunately the pouring spout is now dented all the way in. This is no reflection upon the seller, as they have no control over what happens during shipment. We chose to keep the pot & not return it because this model is a tough one to find. After testing several pots it works fine. Good seller, do not hesitate to purchase from this seller. Good communicator & kind. A+
