It's effective if you use it regulary

You really need to use it every other day for it to be effective, but it makes the hair very dry. The reason for this is the fact that you have to leave it on you scalp for 5 minutes before rinsing the shampoo. But, I guess, it depends on your hair type. Great for dandruff, good for hair loss.
