CD Does Not Play All the Way Through

I grew up watching this movie and wanted it to be able to watch whenever I liked. I am very disappointed to report that this movie only plays until a third of the way through and then skips so badly that the rest is unable to be viewed at all. The movie is great but I cannot watch it.
