That's not a knife...
Oh yes it is and a very big one. In spite if the very large size it shipped to me very quickly with no tears or dents in the packaging. The price was outstanding and the quality like new! It will be a long time before another sweet deal like this one presents itself. If and when it does, you will find yourself bidding against me.

Use it to cut those tiny slits in hotdogs to keep them from curling.
The hollow ground blade is razor sharp will stay that way through quite a bit of use.
Abuse is another matter. You must not use this fine shaving instrument to cut through backyard brush.
Cut, slice and dice but don't chop or you will ruin the excellent collector value.
