"Two awesome rare Sci/Fi movies in one set"
1 of 1 found this helpful I have always wanted to purchase The Lost Continent so, when I found out there was a double feature DVD set, I had to have it.
I had remembered seeing this movie as a child back in the seventies late one night but never seen the whole movie.
The movie is about a freighter carrying passengers across the ocean that goes through a storm.The freighter and passengers survive the storm and end up in an ancient ships grave yard and they find out that they are stuck in man eating seaweed. They run into other problems as well ,later some really odd people wearing balloons on their backs (so they don't sink into the seaweed) attack the ship and take them to their leader.
I won't spoil the rest, but it if you like weird old scfi movies it is a must watch.
The movie The Reptile is about some unexplained murders that end up being committed by a woman that has a curse on her. The curse is that she turns into a cobra when her skin starts to shed. The woman ends up killing some of her neighbors in the English countryside.
Hammer made some great old movies and these two are no exception.
If you were thinking about buying any one of these movies I would highly recommended to buy this double feature. It is worth the extra money.

Bigfoot has a killer manicure. ...
This movie is better than I thought it would be, C Thomas Howell does a great job as the bigfoot hunter in the movie, this is pretty good for a low budget movie. It's not for everybody. but if you like horror movies and want to see something different which is why i like it, I highly recommend it.
