Yum!

Moreish!!!! And very cheesy-nutty :o) A really tasty way for vegans to get B vits, either neat (gooey round the teeth) or on/in food! However, I find that if I eat too much (ie. more than 3 teaspoons together) it makes my face and hands itch furiously for about 10 minutes.... so definitely don't eat half the pot at once 'cos you can overdoes on vitamins, which obviously ain't good xxx

White Teeth

This stuff is NOT like "mainstream" toothpastes that are frothy etc. But if you accept that, then you'll definitely benefit from using this 100% natural vegan paste! I have the whitest teeth I've ever had using this, & I'm 53. I always had one eye tooth that was discoloured, & even that has improved no end... I just noticed the other day, & couldn't believe it :o) Helps gums too, & great to know that there are no nasty chemicals or animal ingredients / testing. Last ages, but remember not to get water in the pot.
