Small habits that one takes consistently, compounds over time as you become a "new" person
This is a really good book that I would recommend to everyone as we are a sum total of our habits.
The book gives methods to get new habits and break undesirable habits we have.
The book is well written and easy to read, great stories are given by the author

Every man that desires to grow in manhood must read this
Highly recommend this book to all men! This book breaks down all the areas of a man's life such as work, wife, kids, friends etc into chapters and goes into these areas from a biblical point of view. Very insightful wisdom can be gained as well as key scriptures. At the end of each section there are a series of questions that get you to think and reflect on the way you live your life in respect to the area. This book would work well in a men's study group too! In fact this book can be read by women too as the wisdom gained can be beneficial to women too
