Outrageous
Ordered signed ball for boys birthday present, item not dispatched and took 3 days for them to tell me they lost the item befor they even posted and can’t do anything until investigation done and don’t know when that will be ! Left me stuck without a present for birthday party . And they couldn’t even be bothered to inform me earlier that they haven’t dispatched!
