Good stuff
I brought this for my husband, who had low iron. Recommend by a friend.
It’s helped to raise his iron and he feels less tired.
The taste is not to bad and it gets into your system quicker than tablets. Shall be ordering more

Love how these work!
1 of 1 found this helpful I suffer with depression although I am on antidepressant I was told magnesium helps with low mood.
I was a bit sceptical!! I’ve been taking these for about a year now and feel the benefits. If I don’t take them for a couple of days I feel low.
I find it best to take them at night as they help me sleep too 😊
