Packaging totally inadequate.
Packaging was totally inadequate, and just full of powered polystyrene. The unit had suffered a major drop, bending the steel on the belt wheel in quite badly. Managed to hammer it back out, so hopefully will be okay. Not fitted and tested yet though, so fingers crossed.
