Important
This is one of the important books about Aspergers in that it is made up of a number of different firsthand experiences of how Aspergers can affect mental health and how a range of people deal or have dealt with it. It is also important because in a time where ASD is becoming more commonly experienced it is necessary to know that it is not simply explained by one medical terminology. I work as a mentor for students with ASD and will recommend this book where appropriate.

Bird by Bird is brilliant
This is the most honest and down to earth book about writing that I have ever read and having read it think I will never read another one. I think this book will appeal to those writers who might need a lift or a nudge or a kick up the arse without a word of tweeness to go with it. Thank you Anne Lamott, I appreciate this book a lot
