The item is not a wireless camera is completely the opposite of what it is being advertised and if you want to use the good features the cam app asking you to pay compulsorey sum of £129 it is shambles,so be aware and don't buy that's why I am giving neutral as I had my refund with eBay the seller was after giving me 50% back and asking me to keep the useless item hahaha no chance so I have gone with eBay and got my full refund and free return label and post the useless item back

The seller would have got a positive feedback if they had sent the 24v size batteries that had been stated in the listing instead 21v size batteries were supplied and when queried about it, the answer that came seem to imply why are you complaining the batteries that you got will work so there. I managed to get a part refund for the price difference between 2 sizes of batteries.
