Unable to get a smooth gloss finish
0 of 1 found this helpful Having successfully sprayed parts of cars with aerosols before, I had grey hopes for this product.
However even after shaking can for 2 mins and spraying in 18 degree environment, I found it impossible to get a smooth finish. Too thin a spray pattern and the finish was matt. A thicker finish gave a gloss appearance but an orange peel finish.
Easy I thought, let the paint harden then polish out the orange peel. Unfortunately the paint still remains some what soft after 48 hrs and any polishing caused damage to the paint.
Have now removed paint and spent £3 on tinted film from eBay, which I feel will produce a more professional finish.
