    price was inclusive of postage but I was charged postage. Item not as described as it didn't fit, despite me asking questions. Contacted seller to resolve, he wouldn't accept that it was the wrong item for the model year of car. Eventually agreed to accept return, and he would pay return postage as it wasn't suitabl but then he charged me postage by deducting the cost from my refund. Ebay not interested in helping. he keeps avoiding my emails. Disappointed He's dishonest, don't buy from this man

    Arrived on Thursday 6th March, was not opened until the 9th March as it was a present, opened it up and found it was damaged, unusable. The item should have been packaged in bubblewrap for better protection and this has been badly handled during the delivery process not taking note that the package clearly stated 'Glass' all over it. As the seller doest not accept returns, there is nothing I can do about this except not to purchase goods from a seller in future who does not accept returns.
