This item was delivered with broken glass, as described in earlier email to seller. The flimsy box that the clock was delivered in was far from substantial, with a very thin bubble wrap around clock inside the box. The parcel was delivered and left by a side door, even though we were in the house at the time. I chose a return and full refund from the seller, and have asked them a few times how I can return the clock to claim my full refund, but up to now I have heard nothing from them.

A very good seller but a very poor courier service.The item was down as delivered at 13.10 on the 20th but Idid not see it and after searching my front garden on the morning of the 21st I then looked and found the item hidden in my neighbours garden.Could they not ring my door bell?A very good item worth the price from a good seller let down by poor delivery.
