a disappointing unreliable device

I bought this product in mid-December 2020; by the end of March it longer functioned. It just stopped while I was listening to audio on it, switched itself off and never worked again. Despite attempts to reset it manually, and despite recharging the battery to try to get it working again, the device is showing no signs of life. What a waste!
