Actual grid temperature
About 120 degrees different at grid surface to lid temperature. See the actual heat at the grid less guess work. The lid temperature is good for smoking but actual grid temperature is what is needed . Says do not emerse in water. Easy read with guid

Nice to see old books being made available to read electronically.
Great source of information. lots of time needed to read it and work out which bits are important to me.
I need to put it onto a more readable format the disk read is slow as expected.
