Good but..

Solidly built except for the long carpet tube. That comes in two pieces and made of thin plastic with the result that it buckles in use. Also the carpet accessory is fine for flat surfaces but virtually useless for carpets. I found it almost impossible to push it across a carpet and can only use it by pulling it. Other than that the wheels dont obstruct the movement like a lot of cleaners do by getting caught up in them. The bag is easy to install and the length of hose more than adequate. Not so the mains cable which needs another 3/4ft. The motor is powerful and good at picking up stuff clinging to the carpet. Tried several cleaners before this one and for the price for me it comes out on top. Hoping to find some connectors so that I can dispense with the long carpet tube and accessory and go back to using those on my old cleaner.
