Great combination.

Great price for this sold secure gold rated combination. The lock is versatile and can be used on its own as a disc lock when out and about or combined with the strong chain for extra security. The bright colour of the lock is helpful to remind you it is there!

Cheaper than OEM and more functionality

According to my manuals, my OEM flasher module (1991FXR) should have had emergency four way flashing. It never did and I'm nor sure it ever had had - maybe later versions introduced that feature. I know the part number was superseded several times. This Badland unit plugs in directly where the old unit plugged in. You do have to find your own way to mount it as it wont mount exactly where the old unit did. This unit not only has the four way emergency flasher feature built in, it also automatically compensates for LED indicator units - saves work if you upgrade your indicators at any time. The only slight issue I have with the unit is that the flashing speed is a little on the fast side. It is a trivial complaint but I want to give a balanced review. It self cancels using a simpler algorithm than the OEM unit so there is less to go wrong but you may need to get used to it - it is a straightforward 9 second timer. So to summarise. Easy installation, added functionality, cheaper than OEM, no significant issues.
