A great pair of steps feel very solid well done many thanks A suggestion DO NOT USE YODEL - Yodel sent a text to say they would be delivered 17 Jan between 17.09 19.09 and failed - Spoke with Driver when delivered who said the Driver yesterday let him down and he had 140 Deliveries to make when it should have been 80. YODEL Customer Services this morning advised they would get MINUS 5 Stars for Service as they were useless in "trying" to help

Item was exactly as described and a very good price. It arrived well packaged. It was a shame about the courier as once they received the item it took a few days to deliver due to 'staffing issues' but I cannot fault the seller as their communication was excellent throughout and it was their pressure on the courier thar finally got the wacker delivered.

Unfortunately I never received the item. Once purchased I waited for the 2 day delivery but no luck. I wanted and after 5 days I contacted the seller who said the delivery was delayed due to them moving. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received it, I tried to contact the seller but he stopped replying to Ebay message or phone contact and had to resort to Ebay to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER! LOST A LOT OF WORK BECAUSE OF THEM!!
