Good for reducing your portions and cravings
7 of 7 found this helpful It definatelly keeps me fuller for longer and reduced my cravings, still early days but already managed to loose 2 lbs, 1kg. My goal is to loose another 5kg, I have rapidly reduced my sugars and refined carbohydrates intakes, don't feel as much hungry and picky then before use. I take 3 tablets first thing in the morning only. Thank you and aiming to carry on and order more if my results keep coming.

Great buy!
Great hair brush especially for curly hair, if you would like to brush out those long curls of your little daughter with no tears. A little pricey but worth every penny. This is my second bruah in 6 yrs so last for ages. Great buy!
