Ergonomic Under desk Keyboard Tray Shelf with Swivel, Tilt & Height Adjustable

Installation involves drilling, but nice product

You will need to drill four holes in the underside of your desk to install this tray. This product did what I wanted. I could adjust the height to suit my somewhat low desk. The sliding is extremely useful day-to-day. The swivel feature is essential because otherwise the tray is somewhat lacking in depth and with a large keyboard such as my Microsoft one, it's hard to find the preferred angle for the keyboard. The swivel (yaw) ability compensates for this. The foam bar at the bottom doesn't add much (because ergonomic guidance advises against resting your wrist when typing), I suppose it stops your mouse from falling off.
