If the seller reads this, I hope they take my comment as constructive criticism, but the problems with the first item could have been avoided with better quality control before dispatch. That issue can obviously be improved upon, the replacement item I received was great and the sellers attitude was friendly and helpful throughout. Would buy from them again.

Good and bad
2 of 2 found this helpful Purchased this camera looking for something small and cheap, yet good enough quality for streaming. The camera is easy to set up and get running, and the picture quality is pretty damn good. The only downside is that this webcam does not have any sort of zoom function, or focus - I'm no webcam expert but I expected it to have at least one of those features (and there are ways to refocus the camera, but those invalidate your warranty so I wouldn't advise).
If you're looking for something simple to use for the basics this webcam will do the job brilliantly. If you require any sort of close up shots / zoom features you're going to have to spend a little more.
