Blackberry Q10 doesn't automate transfer photos/videos to computer for free
1 of 6 found this helpful Everything worked except the transfer of photos and videos to computer. The blend didn't work. Also it was charging for data, which is a Blackberry issue. The new Alcatel's do not charge data for photo and video transfers to computer. In fact, it automates without complications like the Blackberrys do.
