  Postal charge was acceptable and reasonable , however, the envelope the booklet and paper arrived in was open at one end and did not instill confidence in the security of the contents. Fortunately they appear to be complete and undamaged. The listing described the item accurately, and the transaction proved VFM.

  Hi, Sorry to hear that, which concerns me alot as I make sure items I send by envelope etc have double security on them,especially when rare items are sent, by additional packing tape over the ends and usually the sides of the envelopes to prevent this happening. Customers should be able to rely on the postal services providing a usual good service,so I am puzzled how this could have happened. I am pleased that the actual items have not been removed or tampered with.
