Compact versatile Multigym.
1 of 1 found this helpful The equipment arrived well packed, is very well made, has good assembly instructions and easy to build.
The only down side is the big jump in resistance when using the lower pulley which affects curls, leg curls, kick backs and any of the adductor/abductor exercises. I've not tried other similar Multi Gyms, i.e. Marcy HG 5000 so this may also apply to these, but it is a real disadvantage when exercising some of the smaller muscle groups.
