  After reporting items not received a package arrived 1 week late but the wrong items, then they wanted me to accept these items with a 5% discount so they could keep my money. False advertising and taking money for something you don't have so you can send them an alternative item they didn't choose is wrong. And wasted my time when I could have ordered elsewhere for something I needed right away, not to mention raised my blood pressure! Returned, now waiting for my money so I can buy elsewhere

  The company sent out some of the dolls I ordered, knowing that they did not have the other dolls in stock. They did not inform me of this and when I contacted them, once I received the part order, they admitted this, but only offered me 10% off instead of the value of the 3 missing dolls! They will reply as if they do not understand what you are saying and really drag this out. I had to involve ebay to obtain my refund of the missing dolls.
