    haters are going to hate it took 6 days and I explained to the buyer why, but he didn't care. he also stated I never sent the product, but the tracking shows it was delivered. never let one bad apple spoil the whole bag. keep on pushing, learn, grow and always try to do better.

    This is false the ink I sent was new unopened packages . Instead of leaving negative feedback you should have contacted me on the problem so I could have got the facts on what you are talking about. This is why people lose out in life. No communication only complainers.
