Good product, however does have issues
4 of 4 found this helpful The ladders pack down small and the bag is very useful. They extend very easily, the locks are effective and easy to release.
I agree with other reviews that the tred is narrow so firm footwear is required. However the biggest issue I have with the ladders is that they have alot of flex and twist.
There are also other area where quality is an issue is the plastic covers which fall off and the rubber feet which (one of which my ladders) spin on the base of the ladder. In addition the instructions are dire and an awful translation from what I would assume would have been Chinese originally.
Verdict...
If you want a cheap set of 3.8m ladders that pack down small for occasional use these are perfect.
If you need a sturdy set of ladders to be used on a regular basis look elsewhere.

Good product but not as pictured
