The item does what I want it to but isn’...

The item does what I want it to but isn’t too intuitive. I found the same same product on Amazon (12 key programable keypad) where the images provided the website to install the proprietary software. After figuring it out, it works quite well on Windows. It seems to have some issues with compatibility on my Linux computer.
