Date of arrival came and no delivery. Emailed them and they say we got no tracking number. No refund, no product. Called them, they said everything is out of stock. Lied to me, taken my money, kept it, wasted my time. Never again I'd buy from Union Mart or Total-tools uk Really upsetting. EBAY NOW INVESTIGATING THESE CROOKS.

I sent them an email and they sent me a pre paid returns label and the item was repaired and sent back to me in just over a week.definitely a five star company for customer service.

The company delivered the product within 24hrs and very well packaged with the accessories. I'm surprised it was advertised as refurbished because I do not see any sign of any usage on it. It would have passed for a brand new one. I would recommend this company 24/7.

If I didn't know it was a refurbished Pressure Washer I wouldn't have second guessed it if it was advertised as new. Oh and it works superbly. I would do business with this seller again.
