Listing clearly states 'Free Next Day Delivery' but this is a total lie. Order was URGENT medicine for my cat and order was sent by standard delivery days after the order was made. Communication with the seller was a total nightmare. Seller STILL hasn't corrected the listing weeks later so it's clearly deliberate! Seller has no consideration for animals' welfare at all - absolutely shameful that they'd mislead buyers trying to order time-sensitive medicine for their pets.

Good product that was recommended by my vet. Really good communications from the seller as gel was originally sent instead of toothpaste. It was rectified quickly by the seller who sent the correct product & instructions on how to return the unwanted item free of charge. It was a genuine mistake that was dealt with quickly & efficiently so hasn't put me off using this seller again.
