  Monitor was "new" and unused, although was about 19 years old. Arrived exactly as described by the seller, in good cosmetic condition. However due to its age, and having never been used, when switched on it had a faulty LCD panel and was unusable and unrepairable. After contacting the seller he immediately agreed to a return and refund. So although I ended up without the monitor, the seller's response was excellent and I would have no issue buying from him again.
