No Instructions supplied and I am not sure that this is the watch described. It needs winding up before it will work correctly, so please take note! The first time the watch is used for a while it does need to be wound up fully and then the automatic starts working. I have instructions for automatic watches and should have put one in the package. That was sloppy. I'm fairly sure I sent the right watch but mistakes do happen. I'm glad that overall you're pleased which is the main thing.
