  The item was delivered in perfect condition just as advertised. It was packed very securely. The seller also included a lip serum as a free gift! I was also very pleased at their communication because the shipping was delayed at no fault of theirs and they contacted me and said they would f/u on it which they did and I received the product very quickly after.
