Effective and the dog tolerates it

We have just adopted a springer spaniel and he pulls a lot. We were given a halti harness which fits over his muzzle which was effective but the dog disliked it intensely, rubbing his face on the ground at every opportunity. The petsafe harness was recommended by a friend and we have found it very effective. Our dog still pulls but the pulling is more manageable and he seems to find the harness more comfortable. The harness appears strong and well made but is fiddly to adjust to fit the dog properly.
