Hangs up too much
For being an octa-core phone with 4gb of ram, it sure does respond to touch slowly at times. This phone also gets stuck and won't respond to anything you do. All you can do is hold down the power button and hope it restarts soon. Can't remove the battery to speed up the restart process. Also doesn't seem to have as good signal reception as the LG G3 I used to have. Sometimes I have no bars of signal strength in an area that supposedly has good coverage according to T-Mobile.

Almost perfect
The size chart, I believe, said that the L/XL would be the equivalent for someone who wears a size 7.5 cap. It's not as snug as the New Era flex fit equivalent of a 7.5 cap, but maybe getting a size smaller would be the answer. Otherwise, it's a great cap. Don't get me wrong, it's not exactly loose or anything!

Effective yet stylish
Love the dual layer of protection. A smooth, but not slippery feeling hard outer shell over a softer TPU skin. It provides great protection without the bulkiness of thicker cases. The buttons aren't too hard to press and it has a little dip in between the volume up and down button making it easier for me to press in the right area as opposed to the phone's button which looks and feels like one big button. The hard shell doesn't come off on it's own as in some cheaper cases. Love the fact that the soft skin isn't too grabby to slide into a shirt pocket easily. Not too thin to not provide good drop protection and not too thick to put in a shirt pocket. Overall a good case.
