Kingshield 7 Day Immersion Water Heater Towel Rail Timer Fused Spur Switch Unit

Cheap for a reason. Lasts only a few weeks!
Purchased three of thse units from topbuilduk in August. By the end of September, two had failed within a matter of weeks and I'm not holding out much hope for the third one (which was a spare), but has now been fitted to replace the first one! All were professionally fitted and were powering relatively light loads (a small panel heater on one and a towel rail on the other). It's the internal switch which fails, so the unit appears to be working but it just stops sending power to the attached load. Totally useless product which confirms the old saying, 'buy cheap - buy twice'. I'm off to buy more from a respected manufacturer and pay more too. :-(
