  The item was dispatched on the same day of purchase. It safely arrived on time at the correct address. Being a heavy book boxset it was packed in a robust cardboard box with suitable internal packaging. NOT JUST IN A BAG as buyer as stated... Since receiving her item, the buyer has not contacted me, relaying any unhappiness, so I could help rectify any issues.. The negative feedback in my opinion is harsh & undeserved, I'm waiting for the buyer to respond so we can resolve this matter..
